  • Which areas do you cover?

    We cover all of London (inside the M25) and all London Airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City Airports.

  • Do I need to pay in advance?

    No, you can pay the driver at the end of your journey by cash, or you can pay by card over the phone if you prefer.

  • What happens if I can't find my minicab driver when I arrive at the Airport?

    Your driver will be waiting in front of the information desk holding a nameboard with your name. If you cannot find him, please call us and we will locate him. He may also call you after your flight lands.

  • Do you operate a fixed-price policy?

    Yes the cost quoted is the price you pay; however, you may be charged extra if you ordered the wrong vehicle type, you have excess luggage or if there is excessive waiting time at the airport.

  • How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

    After you place a booking, you may receive both a text message or email to confirm your booking. You can also call us at any time to confirm your booking.
